Talent is everywhere in Portugal. Opportunity isn’t, yet. Most international sales careers still start in Lisbon or Porto, so too many good people leave their region or never get a chance.

That’s why Stark & Partners, together with companies that want to see young Portuguese talent shine and go far, is launching a series of Sales Bootcamps across Portugal, bringing the opportunity to where the talent already is. Leiria is the first.

What makes us different: we don’t stop at training. We bring young talent and private-sector companies on a mission to support them into the same room. The companies don’t just come to watch. They come to hire.

This is not another workshop that ends with a certificate. 

It’s the first Sales Bootcamp in Portugal where you can get hired as a B2B Sales Consultant on an employment contract.

We’re changing the rules

Usually you study first, apply for months, do an unpaid internship and hope. 

We do it differently:

• 2 days at the bootcamp to show who you are
• Hired? Then you’re paid from day 1
• Trained on the job, working directly with founders, CEOs and personal sales coach

Bootcamp is Free. No fees. No course to buy. 

The bootcamp costs you nothing except two days of your time.

Two days, zero boring lectures

No dry presentations. Expect live, interactive sessions from start to finish: hands-on workshops, team challenges, a sales competition and company speed dating. You’ll have open access to CEOs and C-level executives who built their careers from scratch.

Our ultimate goal: that in just 2 days you see the opportunities in front of you, uncover your superpower and become a better version of yourself.

Day 1, Friday: What B2B sales really is

• Meet and break the ice
• How B2B sales really works: career paths, how pay works and a day in the life
• Three real Workshops on methodologies, prospecting, outreach, discovery and cold calls: practise live, then compete in a team sales challenge judged by people from the hiring companies
• Fireside chat: what it really takes to build a sales career in Europe, with open Q&A

Day 2, Saturday: Who are you, and who wants you?

• Discover your sales profile and the role that fits you best (no wrong answers)
• Company speed dating: meet every hiring company face to face
• Closing brunch: next steps and more time to talk with the companies

The full program will be shared with registered participants.

Who this is for

• Final-year Master’s students who can work full-time, recent graduates and career switchers
• No sales experience needed, although experience in hospitality, real estate, insurance or any kind of sales is a big plus
• You’re curious, hungry to learn and open to feedback (this is very important)
• You stay positive after a “no” and you’re comfortable holding a discussion
• You’re comfortable speaking English
• You can attend both days

Practical details

• Friday 20 November, 10:00–18:00, and Saturday 21 November, 09:30–14:30, at VOID, Leiria
• Run in English, with Portuguese support on the floor
• 20 places only, with selection by application
• Free to attend. Because places are limited, we ask everyone who applies to commit to both days.

Timeline: apply by 10 November → we confirm your place before the bootcamp → bootcamp on 20–21 November.
